Booking your appointment- All new bookings require a complimentary telephone consultation prior to booking. Please click here to text us to arrange your consultation
Book in advance - If you wish to begin a consistent wellbeing routine on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, it is necessary to book the following 3-6 appointments; this is to secure your space ahead of time as it's the only way we can assure regularity

Waiting times - As of January 2023 we have a 3-4 week wait for day time appointments, 6-8 week wait for weekends and 8-12 weeks for group bookings. Last minute cancellations however, do sometimes become available - so it's worth checking, as we may have something sooner

Time to talk - I'm deeply passionate about building genuine connections with every one of my clients and I never rush your appointments. I always allow up to 15 minutes extra before your treatments for you to talk . If this isn't enough and you need extra time - just let me know. I'll try my best to extend your session where possible.

Deposits - All individual appointments require a deposit either at the time of booking. All group bookings require a deposit per person at time of booking

Group Bookings - I cater for group bookings of up to 8 guests . Group bookings must be booked well in advance and we ask for the following to be accommodated where possible at your chosen venue - Please ensure I can park as close to the venue entrance as possible and that there is a private room where we can set up. I ask to be downstairs but if we need to go upstairs, I might require a little assistance with the equipment.

Payments - I accept cash or BACS as payment. All outstanding balances must be paid whilst I'm at the property, not after I have left.

Fuel Charges & Minimum spends - A small fuel charge and minimum spend is applicable to all bookings, based on how many miles away you are from Burton-Upon-Trent

Cancellation Policy - 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will be required 50% of the treatment total. On the day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. As this is my full time job, I have to operate a zero tolerance policy with clients who repeatedly cancel. As such anyone who does so more than twice will have to pay for their treatments in full at the time of booking if you wish to reschedule for a future date
