Holistic refers to a “whole person” approach — a simultaneous focus on the mind and body for complete healing.

I have been practising holistic therapies since 2009, qualified and insured to the highest industry standard. I'm exclusively a full time mobile service within the Midlands and Staffordshire. Allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home or venue location, without the need to travel anywhere. I bring everything required to create your very own calm, relaxed sanctuary.

I cover a 10 mile radius from Burton-Upon-Trent. A minimum treatment spend and a fuel charge applies to all bookings and is based on how many miles away you are from me.

At present ( 2026 ) I am fully booked and unable to take on anymore clients. You can still be added to the waitlist however and you will receive a message if any appointments become available.

Complimentary telephone consultations are required in order to book an appointment with One Step. This allows me to build a connection with you prior to meeting, to understand who you are and what you need from treatments. Finding out a little about your lifestyle, health and physical concerns means I can best advice and create a treatment plan specifically for you.

Our chat will usually take 15-20 minutes and within this time we will also discuss available dates and times, should you wish to book in, as well as any other questions you may have.
